All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rate Stack Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of account termination.
